• Our Auction group is the biggest online auction group in the UK. In 2020 to date, we have sold over 700 properties and raised more than £90m in sales for our vendors across the country.
  

• 80% of our properties are sold on the day. An auction property will usually be sold with an immediate exchange of contracts within 3-6 weeks of it being entered, with completion normally taking place 4 weeks later.

• A guide price will be given by our auctioneer, your reserve price must not exceed this, most of our properties sell for higher than the asking price. We work with you to set your reserve price.

• If your property is in the 20% that may not sell on the day we will continue to list your property on our daily online auctions at no extra charge until it is sold.

• The benefit of selling your property by auction is that you'll be given a specific date for the auction, meaning you should have near-certainty on the date your property will sell. This can be very helpful if you are looking to sell in a hurry and by a specific deadline.
